Room are nice and staff is friendly. My first choice for a room when staying in town for work. Location is walking distance to a restaurant and has quick access to the highway.
Please do not ever stay at this hotel. They have the worst customer service and management. I booked a reservation for 11/17/2017 which we had to cancel due to illness. The hotel had the ability to refund my money, however refuse to do so. After speaking with IHG corporation they refunded my hotel stay. The fact I am Platinum Elite status and vacation club member had no barring on this hotel decision. I AM WARNING YOU...DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
The room and breakfast were great as expected. However, the internet was terrible. Even after signing in with our given password, my son was not even able to do his homework.

The staff was extremely nice and compassionate. The rooms were extremely clean. The bed and pillows were like sleeping in heaven the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on in a hotel or motel.
